ANSWER
A remote
desktop connection is a technology in windows operating system like Windows 7,
8etc. that allows a user to connect to a remote device over the network. That
is,With Remote Desktop Connection, you can sit at a PC and connect to
another PC at a different location. That is the main function of Remote Desktop
Connection.
For these PC’s to connect (1)they must be turned ON, (2)
Remote Desktop Connection must be enabled (3) you must have permission to
connect to the remote host on the network. Below is how it is configured:

Click
the start button, right-click on computer and then click properties.

Click
the remote settings and then remote desktop.
·
Click
select users and then click Add.
·
In
the select users and groups box,click Locations to select the computer or
domain in which the users you want to work with are located. Type the name of a
user you want to connect to in the “Enter the Object Names toselect field”, and
then click Check Names.
·
To
remove remote access permissions for a user account, select the account and
then click Remove.
·
Click
OK twice. That’s all.
